Welcome! I am so glad you are here! A little about me: I grew up in the Pacific Northwest where I studied apparel design and first began selling watercolor paintings. I recently relocated to Southern Louisiana with my husband and three children. While my husband grew up here and is reuniting with his Southern roots, my kids and I are learning all the things about this unique place. A couple of years ago, while decorating our new home, I needed some larger pieces of art to fill the empty walls. My usual watercolors were too small and, instead of purchasing art, I decided to create my own. Thus began my interest in and love of painting acrylic on canvas. While getting to know my new surroundings, I have fallen in love with the landscape and culture of Southern Louisiana, and in it I find inspiration for my paintings.
